摘要
面向体系作战提出武器装备体系保障军事需求的概念,建立了需求问题框架,深入剖析了需求问题的本质。针对体系保障3个层次的问题,分析了其需求特性。最后,提出了体系保障军事需求分析方法,对分析思路进行了深入研究的基础上,建立了需求分析框架。
Aiming at system of systems operation,the concept of weapon system of systems to support military requirement is proposed.Requirement problem frame is built,and requirement problem essence is analyzed.The requirement characteristic is analyzed for three-levels problems of system of systems support.At last system of systems support military requirement analysis method is proposed.On the base of the study of analysis,requirement analysis frame is built.
