高血压合并左室射血分数正常心力衰竭患者的E/E'比值与血浆脑钠肽水平的相关性研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨舒张早期二尖瓣口血流峰值速度(E)与瓣环运动峰值速度(E’)比值(E/E’比值)在高血压合并左室射血分数正常心力衰竭(HFNEF)中的诊断价值。方法用彩色多普勒超声心动图测量并计算单纯高血压组(65例),HFNEF组(55例)和健康对照组(50例)E/E’比值,另抽取静脉血测定脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果单纯高血压组E/E’比值及BNP水平较键康对照组高(均<0.01);HFNEF组E/E’比值及BNP水平较单纯高血压组高(均<0.01);单纯高血压组E/E'比值与BNP水平呈正相关(=0.255,<0.05);HFNEF组E/E'比值与BNP水平呈显著正相关(=0.502,<0.01)。结论 E/E’比值是评价高血压病患者左室舒张功能受损的敏感指标,且能判断左室舒张功能受损的程度。
