摘要
应用两相互不溶逆流萃取模型,对蒽醌法过氧化氢萃取塔板效率(Murphree级效率和总塔效率)和萃取过程进行计算,并与实验结果比较;对萃取塔板进行了改进研究。结果表明:萃取过程的模型计算结果与实验结果一致。与改前萃取塔板相比,改进后塔板Murphree级效率提高49%、总塔效率提高65%;在总板数44块、氧化效率7.0g/L时,可直接制备质量分数35%过氧化氢产品。
The tray efficiency (Murphree efficiency and overall column efficiency) of extraction column in hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process and the extraction process were calculated by using the two- phase immiscible counter-current extraction model, and were compared with the experiment results. The improvement research of extraction column tray was carried out. The results show that the calculation results of said model in the extraction process are in agreement with the experiment results. Comparing with the extraction column tray before improvement, the Murphree efficiency of the extraction column tray after improvement increases by 49%, and the overall column efficiency increases by 65%. The hydrogen peroxide product with mass fraction of 35% can be directly produced when the total tray number is 44, and the oxidation efficiency is 7.0 g H202 per L.
