摘要
攀钢集团攀枝花钢钒有限公司提钒炼钢厂采用单、双渣2种造渣制度进行低磷钢的生产,实际生产过程中以单渣法为主,结合单渣法低磷钢生产工业试验结果,通过对转炉终点钢水碳含量、温度等以及合金化过程增磷的控制,钢中w(P)<0.008%比例达到97%以上;双渣工艺能够将钢中w(P)能稳定控制在0.008%以下。
Single slag process and double slag process are used to product low phosphor- us steel in Panzhihua Steel & Vanadium Co. , Ltd. , and single slag process is primary in actual production. Combined with single slag process low phosphorus steel production of industrial test results, the ratio of the mass fraction of phosphorus below 0. 008% in molten steel is above 97 %, through controlling the carbon content of the end of converter, temperature and rephosphorization in alloying process. Double slag process can stability control the mass fraction of phosphorus below 0. 008 %.
