摘要
"馨宁公寓"目前是上海市已建成的公租房小区之一。笔者针对上海市"馨宁公寓"入住居民的生活状况、生活特点进行调研,通过调研了解了这部分入住青年的居住需求,同时也发现了一些户型设计上存在的问题。针对问题提出了公租房建设的几点建议,进而得出结论,公租房建设是解决社会上这批"夹心层"最为有效的方式,应该得到支持和推广。
＂Xinning apartment＂ is one of the public rental housing settlements, which have been built in Shanghai. This article talks about the survey concerning living conditions and life style, through this survey we learn about residents＇ needs and irrational designs. Some suggestions are raised according to the issues. The conclusion is that public rental housing is the best way to solve the problems of ＂sandwich layer＂ and should be supported and spread.
