摘要
随着老龄化速度的加快,养老设施规划和建设已经成为老龄化城市或区域需要面对的重要任务。中国在2000年就已经开始步入老龄化国家,直到2007年才颁布了《城镇老年人设施规划规范》,该规范指出,不同地域或城市可以根据自身的情况合理安排养老设施的配置比例,养老设施比例在4%至7%之间取值,然而百分值的确定需要具体问题具体分析,根据每个城市的实际情况作合理规划并指导建设。笔者希望通过对昆明市中心城区养老设施布局中受到哪些因素的影响进行分析,对其中的规律及问题进行归纳总结,找到当下及未来养老设施规划布局中应当重视的影响因子,以补充我国养老设施规划研究方面的内容。
Along with the acceleration of aging, endowment facilities planning and construction has become an important task and has to face for an aging city or region. As early as in 2000, China has already begun to step into aging society, ＂the urban elderly facilities planning specification ＂has been issued until 2007. This standard pointed out that different regions or cities may reasonably arrange the allocation proportion of endowment facilities on the basis of their own situation, but the proportion of endowment facilities should be between 4% and 7%. However, the determination of the score needs to be specifically analyzed, and then reasonably plan is used to guide construction on the basis of the specific problems and the actual situation of each city. The author hopes that through analyzing the influence factors of endowment facility layout of the city center in Kunming, discovering and summing up the rules and problems, finding and paying attention to the influence factors for the endowment facilities planning layout from the current until future, so as to complete the contents of endowment facilities planning research in China.
