延边地区朝鲜族和汉族中学生不同肥胖类型的比较研究

摘要 [目的 ]探讨朝鲜族和汉族高血压、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病高发与中学生的不同肥胖类型分布的关系。 [方法 ]采用整群抽样方法 ,调查延边地区朝、汉族初中、高中 16 97名学生的体格指标 ,比较延边地区朝鲜族和汉族学生不同肥胖类型的分布。 [结果 ]男性组朝鲜族和汉族学生体块指数的均值分别为 19 78、19 73 ,女性组分别为 2 0 2 7、2 0 0 9,不同民族间差异均无显著性 ;男性组朝鲜族和汉族学生Ponderal指数的均值分别为 12 0 3、11 83 ,女性组分别为 13 10、12 73 ,男性组不同民族间差异无显著性 ,女性组朝鲜族学生明显高于汉族学生 ;男性组朝鲜族和汉族学生腰围 /臀围均值分别为 0 82、0 77,女性组分别为 0 75、0 73 ,朝鲜族学生均高于汉族学生。 [结论 ]对因由于体内脂肪过多及脂肪分布异常成为高血压、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病的高危人群的筛选中 。 Objective]To explore the relation between high prevalence of hypertension,stroke and other cardiovascular diseases and distrilution or various types of obesity among junior and senior high school students.[Methods]Anthropometry of 1 697 students of Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese in Yanbian Area was carried out by cluster sampling, and the distribution of the different kinds of obesity index of them was compared [Results]For boys,mean of BMI was 19 78 for Korean-Chinese and 19 73 for Han-Chinese, and 20 27、20 09 for girls respectively There was no significant difference in BMI between Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese;For boys, mean of Ponderal index was 12 03 for Korean-Chinese and 11 83 for Han-Chinese, and 13 10、12 73 for girls respectively There was no significant difference in Ponderal index between Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese for boys, while it was significantly higher in Korean-Chinese than in Han-Chinese for girls; For boys, mean of Waist/Hip was 0 82 for Korean-Chinese and 0 77 for Han-Chinese, and 0 75、0 73 for girls respectively It was significantly higher in Korean-Chinese than in Han-Chinese [Conclusions]A proper obesity index should be selected in screening the high risk group of cardiovascular disease of hypertension,stroke and so on due to high body fat and abnormality of fat distribution
