摘要
铁路提速后,在中、短距离上对航空的发展具有较强的替代效应。在分析铁路与航空优势互补可行性的基础上,提出规范铁路与航空联运标准、构筑机场综合交通联运枢纽、提高铁路与航空联运服务质量等相关策略,以期为实现我国铁路、航空一体化无缝换乘联合运输提供参考,提升铁路、航空客运整体需求,共享运输市场繁荣。
After railway speed acceleration development in middle and short distance railway has stronger substitution effect on airline transportation. Based on analyzing feasibility of complementary advantages between railways and airlines, this paper puts forward relative strategies of standardizing railway and air inter-model transport standard, constructing airport comprehensive traffic and inter-model transport hub and increasing service quality of railway and air inter-model transportation, so as to provide reference for realizing railway ＆ airline integrated inter-model transportation without transfer in China, increase overall demand of railway and air passenger transportation and share flourishing transport market together.
