摘要
食品厂废水的成分一般较为复杂,通常包含大量可生物降解的有机物和较高浓度的动植物油。针对食品厂废水的特点,对南京某食品厂的废水处理工程进行了设计与实现,废水处理工艺采用了"混凝沉淀+水解-好氧"工艺,经处理后出水可以达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中表4一级标准。
The wastewater in food processing factories is generally more complex, which usually contains a large number of biodegradable organic matter and a higher concentration of animal or vegetable oil. According to the characteristics of wastewater in food processing factories, wastewater treatment works are designed and implement？ed for a food factory in Nanjing. The wastewater treatment process uses“Coagulation ＋ hydrolysis–aerobic”pro？cess, the treated effluent can reach the first grade criteria of Table 4 in“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Stan？dard（GB8978-1996）”.
