摘要
微表处技术是目前高速公路主要的维修养护手段,研究提高微表处混合料性能对我国道路材料技术的发展具有重要意义。本文通过粘聚力试验、湿轮磨耗试验及轮辙变形试验,测定不同的水泥掺量水平微表处混合料的成型速度、耐磨耗性、水稳定性和抗车辙性能,研究水泥用量对微表处混合料路用性能的影响规律,并对其作用机理进行深入探讨。研究结果可对微表处混合料的优化设计提供借鉴。
Micro-surfacing is an effective preventive maintenance method for highway pavements maintenance,so it is important to do some research work on improving the performance of micro-surfacing mixture as to promote development of road material technology.In this paper,the pavement performances such as forming velocity,wear resistance,water stability and rutting resistance of micro-surfacing mixture with different amount of cement was studied through cohesion test,wet track abrasion test and load wheel test,the effects of cement on micro-surfacing mixture were obtained,and mechanisms of action were discussed.The research result can provide reference for optimization design of micro-surfacing mixture.
