退火工艺对低碳BH钢力学性能和深冲性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对低碳BH钢,测试不同退火工艺下的力学性能及BH值,并采用电子背散射衍射方法研究退火工艺对再结晶织构的影响。结果表明:850℃保温120s的退火工艺所获得的力学性能和BH值优异,且深冲性能良好。 The mechanical properties and BH value of low-carbon BH steel were tested under different annealing conditions. The effects of annealing process on the recrystallization texture were studied by EBSD method. The results indicate that excellent mechanical property and BH value are gained with a good deep-drawing performance when the temperature and holding time are 850 ℃ and 120 s.
