摘要
对比研究了直/交流两种脉冲电源模式下AZ31B镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜的成形特点、性能与微观组织。研究发现,在同一电流密度下,获得相同厚度的陶瓷膜,尽管交流脉冲电源需要更长的时间、更高击穿电压和更多的能耗,但其陶瓷膜的耐腐蚀性能和显微硬度却均低于直流脉冲电源。XRD和SEM分析结果显示,直/交流脉冲电源模式下陶瓷膜具有一致的相组成,但相比之下,前者却具有膜层致密、放电通道分布均匀、孔径小的微观组织特征。
Forming characteristics, properties and microstructures of the micro arc oxidation film on AZ31B Mg alloy were comparatively studied by using the pulse DC and AC powers. The results show that both of the microstructure hardness values and corrosion resistance of the films obtained by using the pulse AC power are lower than that of the pulse DC power, despite the former needing the longer time, higher breakdown voltage and more energy consumption than the later to get the same thickness films under a fixed current density. The further XRD and SEM analysis shows that the film with pulse DC power is denser and has the smaller discharge channel contrasting with the pulse AC powder, despite they own the same phase comparision.
