用 2 - (6 -甲基 - 2 -苯并噻唑偶氮 ) - 5 -二甲氨基苯甲酸 (MBTAMB)分光光度法测定微量铜 ,配合物的吸光系数为8.42× 10 4L· mol- 1· cm- 1。配合物的最大吸收波长为 6 6 0 nm,MBTAMB:Cu2 + =1∶ 2 ,Cu2 +浓度在 0~ 2 0 μg/ 2 5 m
This paper reports the spectrophotometric determination of micro amount copper using 2 (6 methyl 2 benzothialylazo) 5 dimethy laminobenzoic acid. The molar absorptivity is 8.42×10 4.L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 660nm. The composition in Cu 2+ :MBTABT=1:2.Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0~20μg/25ml for Cu 2+ . This method can be applied to detemination of copper in food samples with satisfactory results.
