摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病对围生期母婴的危害及随访结果的影响。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2011年1月在我院分娩的85例妊娠期糖尿病患者,比较同期85例正常怀孕患者的母儿围生期并发症情况及产后随访情况。结果糖尿病合并妊娠组的围生期并发症,包括妊高征、产程异常、剖宫产率、巨大儿、胎儿窒息、高胆红素血症、产后6个月内的血糖及血压异常等的发生率明显高于非糖尿病孕妇,产后恢复时间延长。结论妊娠合并糖尿病对母婴危害大,但如果能早期进行干预、治疗,可提高妊娠安全性,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the perinatal period complications and longitudinal outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus（GMD）.Methods We conducted a retrospective study to compare the perinatal period complications and longitudinal outcomes of blood glucose and hypertension in 85 pregnant women with GMD and 85 age-sex matched controls without GMD.Results Pregnant women with GMD had higher perinatal period complications,including gestational hypertension,abnormal birth process,abdominal delivery,giant baby,apnoea foetalis,hyperbilirubinemia,and poor longitudinal outcomes in blood glucose and blood pressure when compared with pregnant women without GMD.Conclusions GMD significantly impacts health in both pregnant women and their newborns,which requires early intervention to the safety and outcomes of pregnancy.
