摘要
饮用水是人类赖以生存的必需品,纵观当前的水质风险管理机制,在应对危机方面,其相关成文的实用风险管理体系几乎为空白。该研究通过对当前供水安全工作中尚存的弊病进行深入的剖析,在这个基础上提出组建较为完善的风险管理系统,从而最大限度地提高城市供水跟上实际环境变化的步伐,以保证提供安全卫生的饮用水。
The drinking water is a necessity of the human survival, when we look at the current water quality risk management mechanism, in response to the crisis, and its related written practical risk management system is almost blank.In this article, the author through the in-depth analysis of the ills of surviving in the current water supply security work, and this on the basis of the formation of a more comprehensive risk management system to maximize the urban water supply to keep up with the pace of the actual environmental changes toguarantee the health and safety of drinking water.
