摘要
目的评价冠心病患者使用抗高血压药的合理性,为促进临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法以该院2009年1—8月,诊断为冠心病,合并高血压或有高血压病史,无其它系统疾病的出院患者共计132例为样本,收集记录患者的基本信息,建立数据库并进行数据统计分析。结果根据DUI>1.5超出允许范围可以得出的药物有:雷米普利、氯沙坦钾、硝苯地平和甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片。结论该院主要采用的降压药种类与JNC7中对高血压合并冠心病的患者应选择的降压药种类基本相符;各类降压药的价格易被患者接受,做到经济用药。

Conclusion the buck drug types with JNC7 of our hospital in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease should choose the type of antihypertensive drugs agreement; prices of various types of antihypertensive drugs susceptible patients, so the economy medication.
