摘要
目的探讨早期整形修复对手足部深度烧伤的疗效。方法回顾性分析该院烧伤整形美容科2009年10月—2012年10月期间收治的手足部深度烧伤患者95例的病历资料,比较伤后10d内接受早期整形修复的患者观察组(55例)和10d后才接受早期整形修复的患者对照组(40例)早期整形修复时机和效果。结果观察组优良率为94.55%,对照组优良率为80%,χ2=4.56,P<0.05,不同修复开始时间的两组患者早期修复效果比较,差异有统计学意义。结论早期整形修复开始时间较早的手足部深度烧伤患者近期疗效显著好于开始时间晚的患者的疗效。
Objective To explore the curative effect observation and early plastic repair of deep burn hands and feet. Methods A retrospective analysis of Cosmetology Department of burns and plastic surgery of our hospital from 2009.10—2012.10 were treated during the hand deep burn patients 95 cases medical records, whom early plastic repair were observed in group 10d compared after injury （55 cases ） and 10 d after receiving early patients with plastic repair of the control group （40 cases） early repair the timing and effect. Results In the study group, the excellent and good rate was 94.55%, control group, the excellent and good rate was 80%, χ^2=4.56,P〈0.05, two groups of patients with different repair began early repair effect time of significant differences, there is statistical significance tips. Conclusion Patients with early restoration began earlier time and curative effect of deep burn patients was significantly better than the start time of night.
