摘要
福建是全国竹子的重点产区。近年来 ,随着竹林资源的不断发展 ,竹笋、竹材产量显著提高 ,笋、竹产品市场供大于求的矛盾逐渐突出。为拓宽笋、竹市场 ,发展深加工 ,扩大社会需求量 ,切实保护竹农培育竹林的积极性 ,推进竹产业化进程 ,福建省林业厅于 1998年 8月～ 1999年 4月组织开展了笋竹产品市场、加工现状调查。本文根据调查数据 ,分析福建省笋竹加工现状、存在问题 ,提出今后的发展对策。
Fujing is one of key bamboo production areas in China. The contradict which supply of bamboo and shoot products is over market demands is getting acute gradually,with bamboo resources being expanding,and production yield of bamboo timber and shoot being rocketing. To widen up market,develop in deep processing,and enlarge social total demand,exert a feasible protection for bamboo farmer initiative for bamboo cultivation,and propel bamboo industriliazation,the Department of Forestry of Fujing Province organized a survey on market of bamboo and shoot products,processing status from Augest 1998 to April 1999. According to that investigation results,anaylsis is conducted on processing situation and existed problems of bamboo and shoot,countermeasures for future development is put forward.
