摘要
依据聚丙烯网状纤维的作用机理,结合现场施工实际,进行聚丙烯网状纤维喷射混凝土配合比设计,确定了现场喷射施工工艺(包括搅拌时的投料顺序、搅拌时间、喷射作业程序),并与喷射普通C25混凝土进行了综合性能和经济效益对比分析。认为:聚丙烯网状纤维喷射混凝土强度较高,具有较好的抗裂性和变形性能,能大幅度降低回弹、降低成本;是一种理想的衬砌材料,在实际施工中取得了较好效果。
With the functioning mechanism of mesh polypropylene fiber and the practical conditions of the specific construction site taken into account, the mix rato for reticulate polypropylene fiber shotcrete is designed in the paper,Cvith the site shotcreting processes (including the feeding order of different materials into the agitator, mixing time, the shotcreting procedures) determined. The comprehensive performance and economic benefit of the reticulate polypropylene fiber shotcrete are analyzed and compared with those of ordinary C25 shotcrete. It may be safely concluded that the reticulate polypropylene fiber shotcrete is higher in strength, and better in crack-resistance and anti-deformation performance. It is also found that it can greatly reduce resilience and reduce costs. Thus, it is an ideal lining material, with good effects already obtained in actual projects.
