摘要
对造纸废水Zeta电位的测量装置进行了研究。利用流动电位原理,使造纸废水流经管状多孔膜,测出不同压力差下的流动电位,并根据经典的Helmholtz-Smoluchowski方程,可以在线测量造纸废水的Zeta电位。将该设备测定的Zeta电位与离线设备测定结果进行比较。结果表明,该装置能实时地反映出造纸废水Zeta电位的变化。
By detecting the Zeta potential of papermaking waste water to optimize the amount of the flocculants used can purify the water resources and save the operation cost.The on-line measurement device of papermaking waste water Zeta potential was developed by using streaming potential principle.When the waste water flowed through the tubular porous membrane under certain pressure,the electrical potential difference at both ends could be measured.Then the on-line Zeta potential could be derived based on the classic Hemholtz-Smoluchowski equation.By comparing the data measured by this device with the data from off-line measurement,the correction factor of this laboratory device could be decided.The results indicated that the device could reflect the changes of the Zeta potential in waste water on-line.
