New Developments of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation

摘要 随着人口老年化,退化性或钙化性主动脉瓣狭窄在中国的发病率会越来越高。尽管外科手术的治疗效果已经得到肯定,但是大约30%的患者无法适用。经导管主动脉瓣植入术将为瓣膜病的治疗提供新思路。国外经过十多年的快速发展,这种技术在带瓣膜支架、手术方法等方面有了新的改进,现对该技术的进展做一综述。 As the aging of the population, the morbidity of aortic valve stenosis caused by degeneration and calcification will become higher in elderly patients in the future of China. Although the open thoracic operation is feasible and effective, about 30% of these patients can' t be treated with traditional method. Transcatheter aortic valve implantation offers people a new way to treat these groups of patients. Af- ter 10 years of rapid development, this technique has been improved in bio-prosthesis and operations methods. It's necessary to review the newly improvements of this technique.
