摘要
血管生成是心肌缺血损伤修复过程中的一个重要环节,而胎盘生长因子则是这一环节中非常重要的一个作用因子。除了强大的生血管功能外,它还通过抗心肌细胞凋亡、促进心肌细胞再生等作用来发挥对缺血后心肌的保护作用。
Angiogenesis is an important part in damage repair for myocardial ischemia in which placental growth factor plays an essen- tial role. Besides of its strong angiogenic function, it also protects ischemic myocardium through anti-myocardial apoptosis and promotion for myocardial regeneration.
