摘要
目的 :探讨血清微量元素水平与肺癌之间的关系。方法 :采用 1 80 - 80型原子吸收分光光度计及 UV- 2 1 0 0可见紫外分光光度计测定 31 0例肺癌患者及 48例健康对照者的血清铜、锌、硒水平。结果 :肺癌患者血清锌、硒水平显著低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,铜、铜 /锌比值组间无差异 ;但有肿瘤负荷组患者血清铜及铜 /锌比值则高于无肿瘤负荷组 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,血清锌、硒则组间无差异。非条件 Logistic回归分析表明仅锌、硒进入方程 ,且为保护因素。结论 :低锌、低硒可能是肺癌发生的危险因素 ,而血清铜及铜 /锌比值高则可能是肺癌存在的结果。
Objective:To explore the association between the levels of serum trace elements to lung cancer.Method:The serum levels of zinc,copper and seleium were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer in 310 patients with lung cancer and in 48 healthy subjects.Results:The serum Zn,Se levels in patients with lung cancer were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects (P<0.001),the level of Cu and Cu/Zn ratio had no difference between two groups;the levels of Cu and Cu/Zn ratio in patients with tumor burden were significantly higher than those in patients without tumor burden (P<0.001),the levels of serum Zn,Se had no difference between two groups;multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that Zn and Se entered the eqation.Conclusion:The lower zinc,seleium might serve as risk factors to the cause of lung cancer;the higher levels of copper and Cu/Zn ratio may be the results of cancer existing.
