摘要
在电线包覆生产线上采用单螺杆熔融挤出聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)制得涂覆线缆,采用180°剥离方法施加应力进行不同加工条件下涂覆线缆的包紧度测试,结果表明,当给定熔指的FEP,挤出机转速在12r/min,加工温度370℃,导线在室温(15℃)下进入挤出机头,挤出成型时抽真空25kPa,导线线径0.6mm、涂覆FEP后线径1.2mm,成线在室温下空气自然冷却时,其包紧度最大。
The paper introduced the single screws melt extrusion FEP to produce coated wire in wire coated production line,then tested the coated wire package under different processing conditions using 180° peel method applied stress,the results showed that when the FEP melt index was given,the extruder speed was 12 r/min,the processing temperature was 370 ℃,the wire into the extrusion under room temperature(15 ℃),vacuum was 25 kpa when extrusion molding,wire diameter was 0.6 mm,wire diameter was 1.2 mm after coated FEP,wire cooled in air at room temperature,the package was largest.
