摘要
目的探讨胰腺炎持续泵入生长抑素发生低血糖的临床护理方法。方法回顾性分析81例胰腺炎持续泵入生长抑素发生低血糖患者的临床护理资料。结果所有患者均无死亡发生,经过相应的处理后均病情稳定并出院。结论通过采取相应的药物治疗及护理措施后,患者低血糖的并发症发生率降低,提高了患者的生活质量,并且减轻了心理负担。
Objective To explore the clinical care method of pancreatitis combined with hypoglycemia caused by con- tinued to pump into the somatostatin. Methods The clinical nursing date of 81 cases of pancreatitis patients combined with hypoglycemia caused by continued to pump into the somatostatin was analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were no death occurred, and discharged from the hospital after the corresponding treatment. Conclusion By taking the appropriate medication and nursing measures in patients with low blood sugar complications occurred, im- prove the patient＇s quality of life and reduce the psychological burden.
