摘要
旨在考察11株侧柏内生真菌的抑菌及除草活性,并确定具有较好活性的内生真菌的分类学地位。采用生长速率法测定抑菌活性,采用种子萌发法测定除草活性,菌种鉴定采用ITS序列系统发育分析法。结果表明,在11株侧柏内生真菌中,Y52、J94、Y127、J77、J46等5株内生真菌对苹果腐烂病菌的抑制率高于70%,J94、Y52、J77、J46等4株内生真菌对番茄灰霉病菌抑制率高于70%。内生真菌对反枝苋种子幼根的生长表现出较强抑制作用,抑制率在70%以上的有8株。实验筛选出的8株具有较好活性的侧柏内生真菌均为链格孢属链格孢菌(Alternaria alternaria),值得进一步研究。
This study aimed to investigate the antifungal and herbicidal activity of 11 strains of endophytic fungi from Platycladus orientalis (L:) Franco, and to determine the classifications of active endophytic fungi. Antifungal and herbicidal activities were tested by mycelium and seedling growth rate respectively, and ITS sequence was determined to classify the active endophytic fungi. The results showed that there were 5 strains endophytic fungi (Y52, J94, Y127, J77 and J46) whose inhibition rate against Valsa mali were more than 70%, and 4 strains of endophytic fungi (J94, Y52, J77 and J46) whose inhibition rate against Botrytis cinerea were more than 70%. The endophytic fungi displayed strong inhibition to the radicle of Amranthus retrotlexus, in which inhibition rate of 8 strains were more than 70%. The active endophytic fungi were all Alternaria altemaria, which deserve to be further studied.
