摘要
为了确定石榴冠瘿病的病原菌,对新疆喀什地区疏附县石榴冠瘿病的发生危害进行了调查。通过采用病原菌分离、鉴定,并通过快速接种番茄诱导使根茎产生肿瘤等方法,明确了石榴冠瘿病的病原菌为Agrobacterium tumefaciens(Smith and Townsend)Conn.。石榴冠瘿病是国内新发生的病害,应该严格检疫。
In order to determine the pathogen of crown gall disease on pomegranate, crown gall disease on pomegranate was surveyed in the Shufu County,Kashgar Prefecture,Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region,and the pathogen was identified by separation,identification,rapid vaccination and inducing growth of tumors methods. The results showed that, the Agrobacterium tumefaciens （Smith and Townsend） Conn.was a potential pathogen causing crown gall disease on pomegranate and pomegranate crown gall disease was a newly occurred diseases in China, should be strictly quarantine.
