摘要
本文结合笔者多年建筑工程设计和工程造价实践,分析说明造价资料的收集在初设评审前的重要作用及评审会意见和建议对概算带来的影响和注意事项。
In this paper, the author, with many years of design and construction project cost practice, analyzes the important role of cost data collection in preliminary investment review and the impact of the observations and recommendations on budget as well as the considerations.
