摘要
;目的探讨人工泪液联合维生素A棕榈酸酯凝胶治疗白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术术后干眼的临床疗效。方法将廊坊市香河人民医院于2009年1月至2011年12月诊断的68例干眼症患者随机分为两组:治疗组(34例)采用人工泪液和维生素A棕榈酸酯凝胶滴眼,对照组(34例)单用人工泪液。两组在治疗前、治疗后2周和治疗后4周采用裂隙灯下观察泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)的情况并评价治疗效果。结果所有患者均按计划完成相应的治疗和检查。治疗组和对照组BUT、SIT、FL三项检查的初始评分均无明显差别,治疗组治疗后2周、4周的三项检查的评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人工泪液联合维生素A棕榈酸酯凝胶滴眼治疗白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术术后干眼疗效优于单用人工泪液,效果显著。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of artificial tears and vitamin A palmitate eyedrops on dry eye after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation.Methods From Jan.2009 to Dec.2011,68 patients with a diagnosis of dry eyes were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.In treatment group（34 cases）,the patients were treated by artificial tears and vitamin A palmitate eyedrops.In control group（34 cases）,the patients were treated by artificial tears.The tear break-up time（BUT）,the time of tear secretion（Schirmer I test,SIT） and fluorescein staining（FL） of the two groups were observed by slit lamp before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Results All patients received therapy and examination of the plan.2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,the results of three examination（FL,SIT and BUT） in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group with statistically significant difference（P 0.01）.Conclusion Aritificial tears combined with vitamin A palmitate eyedrops is more effective to relieve the dry eye symptoms after phacoemulsification with IOL implantation than the single use of artificial tears.
