摘要
创是人体损伤鉴定中最常见的损伤类型之一,创道长度的测定是创损伤鉴定的必要补充,也是法医学鉴定中的难点,特别是陈旧性创道,无法通过探查准确测定创道长度,长期以来没有得到应有的重视。随着高频超声及彩色多普勒技术的广泛运用,目前可以准确定量创道的长度,并可清晰显示软组织创愈合后瘢痕组织的情况,可为鉴定损伤程度提供有价值的科学依据。该文就高频超声在创道测定中的应用及法医学意义进行综述。
Wound is one of the most common type of injury in the identification of human injury,the determination of the wound depth is a necessary complement to invasive damage identification,and has long been a difficult task in forensic medicine,especially the old wound which cannot get the length through detection,and it did not get the due attention.Nowadays,the depth of the wound can be accurately determined by using high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging.In addition it can clearly show the scar tissue created by soft tissue after healing.The new technology provides scientific evidence for the injury assessment.Here is to make a review of the application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of the wound depth and the forensic significance.
