摘要
脓毒症的救治是重症医学面临的棘手问题。脓毒症导致的多器官功能衰竭仍然是危重症患者最首要的死因。血液净化是借助体外循环,通过人工合成的半透膜清除血浆炎性介质、毒素及过多水分等以维持内环境稳定的一项脏器功能支持手段。近年来,围绕高容量血液滤过提出了3种理论,以解释脓毒症患者经血液净化治疗后的临床变化。
Sepsis is still a severe problem for the critical care medicine.And multiple-organ failure generated by sepsis is still the most major cause of death in the ICU patients.Blood purification is a kind of organic functional supporting method.With the help of extracorporeal circulation,it can obliterate the plasma inflammatory cytokine,toxin and excessive moisture through the man-made semipermeable membrane,in order to maintain homeostasis.In recent years,there are 3 kinds of theories concerning high volume hemofiltration to explain the clinical transformation after blood purification therapy in the sepsis patients.
