摘要
高校人事档案是高校人事服务与管理的核心内容,也是高校人事工作的基础工程,高校要适应飞速发展的社会潮流,需要有新的人事人才管理理念,而高校人事档案管理工作是高校实施"人才强校"战略的重要信息资源。本文提出随着国家人事制度改革的不断深化与信息技术的飞速发展,高校人事档案的管理与服务方式也将随之发生改变,通过对人事档案管理面临的许多新情况、新问题深入探究,提出构建高校人事档案管理新的改革路径及对策建议。
Personnel archive is the core content of personnel service and management and the fundamental project of the person- nel works in universities and colleges. In order to adapt to the rapid social development trends, universities and colle- ges need new personnel management ideas. Archives management work is an important information source for univer- sities and colleges carrying out the strategy of relying on the talents to strengthen schools. With the deepening reform of national personnel system, the reform of university and college personnel system is undergoing profound changes. In this essay, through an analysis of the importance of universities and colleges personnel archives work and the explo- ration of new situations and new problems faced by personnel archives management, new reform paths and new coun- termeasures to university and college personnel archives management will be suggested.
