摘要
政府职能精细化管理和政府流程再造是我国行政管理体制改革的两个重要方面,本文从两者关系入手,指明了我国政府职能精细化管理和流程再造的目标,详细阐述了推进两者的基本原则是以服务人民群众为导向、"精、细、准、严"、协同共治、公民参与;认为加快政府职能转变,科学配置与优化整合政府职权和资源,整合、合并、改善、取消相应政府流程是推进二者的主要内容;把整合政府管理改革创新、深化"三定"编制成果、再造行政审批流程等作为推进两者的重要路径选择。
The article starts with the relationship between Chinese governmental functions delicacy management and process re- engineering, which are the two important aspects of administrative system re{otto in China. In addition, it aims at e- lucidating the goals, basic principles, main content and path selection of Chinese governmental functions Delicacy management and process reengineering.
