摘要
国内石油行业三巨头,积极履行社会责任,努力从体制和机制上提供保障,并且按照国资委和国际通用的规范编写和发布报告,提升公司的形象。本文对比分析了三大石油公司编写的报告和履行社会责任内容,对其履责中利益相关者的评价指标选取进行了分析,进而对三大石油公司如何践行社会责任,建立起较强的社会责任工作意识,完善社会责任管理系统,建立企业社会责任评价体系,加强企业社会责任行动管理等方面进行了思考和阐述。
The Big Three of the domestic petroleum industry fulfill social responsibilities actively, provide guarantees from system and mechanism, and write and publish reports according to universal norms within SASAC and between nations, which promotes their corporate images. This paper compares and analyzes their compiled reports and fulfilled social responsibilities, and conducts an analysis on selection of evaluation indexes for stakeholders. In addition, this paper discusses how the three companies undertake their social responsibilities, develop strong awareness of social responsibility, perfect the management system, build up the evaluation mechanism and strengthen corporate action management.
