摘要
介绍了两种防止汽轮机末级叶片水蚀的喷涂工艺;对两种喷涂工艺制备的涂层进行金相组织、性能分析比较;通过水蚀实验比较两种喷涂工艺的应用性能。为以后国内HVOF技术替代国外DS技术,实现汽轮机叶片喷涂涂层国产化提供理论依据。
Two kinds of spraying technology of anti-erosion used in last stage blades of steam turbine was introduced; the microstructure and the properties of coatings obtained by the two kinds of spraying technology; the application performances of two kinds of spraying technology were compared by Erosion experiments, the theoretical basis is provided for domestic HVOF technology replacing the foreign DS technology in the future, achieving the localization of the spray coatings for turbine blades.
