摘要
目的:观察透刺法配合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组采用针刺中透刺法配合电针。对照组采用普通针刺法配合电针。每日1次,15 d为1个疗程。治疗后比较临床疗效。结果 :治疗组与对照组疗效对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :透刺法配合电针治疗膝关节骨性炎具有较好疗效。
Objective ： To observe the effect of piercing acupuncture combined with eleetroacupuneture for treatment of osteoarthritis of knee. Methods： 82 cases of osteoarthritis of knee patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated by piercing acupuncture combined with eleetroaeupuncture.The control group were treated by acupuncture combined with electroacupuneture, once a day, 15 days for 1 course.The clinical effect after treatment was compared. Results ： The efficacy was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Piercing acupuncture combined with electroacupuneture for treatment of osteoarthritis of knee has good effect.
