桂枝芍药知母汤对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导关节炎大鼠RANKL/OPG水平的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究桂枝芍药知母汤对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导类风湿关节炎大鼠踝关节骨组织细胞RANKL表达的影响,以证明桂枝芍药知母汤可通过抑制破骨细胞的分化与活化,达到缓解或阻止关节的损伤,已达到对类风湿关节炎骨破坏的抑制作用。方法 :采用Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导类风湿关节炎大鼠模型,灌胃给药30 d后用原位杂交技术检测踝关节局部的OPG/RANKL水平。结果 :桂枝芍药知母汤能降低CIA踝关节组织RANKL、OPG表达水平。结论 :桂枝芍药知母汤可以抑制CIA模型鼠关节RANKLmRNA的表达水平,提高OPGmRNA的表达水平,降低RANKL/OPG的比值,可能通过抑制了破骨细胞的分化与活化,从而可能缓解或阻止关节的损伤破坏。 Objective : To study the influence of Guishao Zhimu Decoction ( GSZ ) on the CIA, to see what happens to the RANKL of the angle joint of CIA.So it will be proved that GSZ is supposed to restraint the damage of RA. Methods : Type II collagen protein was used to induce the CIA model.30 d after administration of (;SZ, change of OPG/ RANKL in the part of its angle joint was tested with ISH. Result: GSZ can lower the level of RANKL/OPG. Conclusion : This method can restrain the damage of RANKL towards angle joint.Through restraining the differentiation and activation of osteoclast, joint injury can be relieved, and even he prevented.
