摘要 通过对GXl2CrMoWVNbN1O-1-1铸件的热处理工艺试验,测定了不同热处理工艺下材料的力学性能。结果表明,在1 100℃正火状态下,试样的强度随回火温度升高而下降,塑性和冲击功随回火温度的升高而上升。综合分析得到该钢优化的热处理工艺为1 100℃正火,740℃回火。 The experiments of heat treatment process for steam valve body castings of ultra supercritical steel X 12CrMoWVNbN 10-1-1 were conducted, and the mechanical properties of the steel under different process parameter of heat treatment were determined. The results show that, under normalizing state of 1 100 ℃, the strength of the samples decreases with increase of tempering temperature, the ductility and impact work increase with the increase of tempering temperature. After synthetical analysis, the optimized heat treatment process for the steel is the normalizing temperature of 1 100℃ and the tempering temperature of 740 ℃.
