Cystic adventitial disease of the popliteal artery:report of one case

摘要 病例男,52岁。患者20余天前劳动中突发右下肢疼痛,伴冷凉感及麻木不适,后来出现间歇性跛行、无力,休息后可缓解。10天前患者夜间休息时出现右下肢疼痛,难以忍受。行下肢动脉彩超提示＂右侧腘动脉血栓形成,部分再通＂以＂动脉栓塞＂收入院。查体：右下肢膝关节以下皮温减低,
