新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的扩散加权成像研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)是指各种围产期窒息导致胎儿或新生儿脑的缺氧缺血性损伤,是小儿脑瘫和其他严重脑缺陷最常见的原因之一,对其早期诊断和有效治疗能够改善患儿预后,降低神经系统后遗症,因此HIE已成为新生儿神经影像诊断学研究的一个热点。
