摘要
高职院校致力于办学模式的探索和人才培养的改革与创新,取得了一些突破性的进展和显著成效,但由于人才培养模式存在专业类别差异,财经类高职教育的人才培养模式至今尚不成熟。在分析财经类高职教育人才培养的特征及改革实践中的问题的基础上,探讨了财经类高职教育人才培养模式的路径选择。
Higher vocational colleges are dedicated to exploration of the school-running mode,and the reform and innovation of talent cultivation, although it has made breakthroughs and remarkable achievements, due to the specialty differences, talent cultivation mode in the financial vocational education is not so well defined. This article discussed the choice of talent cultivation mode in financial higher vocational education that based on the features of talent cultivation and problems existing in the reform.
