摘要
良好的灌溉排水工程是保证灌区农业稳产高产的前提条件。我国现有灌区骨干工程大部分都处于超负荷使用中,配套率低,老化失修严重,影响了灌区供水。总结目前灌区骨干工程中存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出解决措施,为确保灌区正常灌溉提供参考。
Good irrigation and drainage facilities are essential to guarantee agricuhural high and stable yields. The currently available backbone projects in the irrigation areas in China are mostly overloaded and out of repair, with low matching rate, affecting the water supply. This article summarizes the main problems existing in current backbone projects of irrigated areas and puts forward specific messures to tackle these problems in a bid to provide reference for ensuring effective irrigation in these areas.
