摘要 基于动态网格技术及UDF(用户自定义函数)方法,对某稳流器流道内流场进行数值模拟,得到流量、水头损失和上下游压差力等参数之间变化的关系,并与物理模型试验的结果进行对比。结果表明,数值模拟所得结果与模型试验基本吻合,从而验证了数学模型的可靠性和精度,并得到适应于该稳流器的动网格数学模型,从而为稳流器结构的后续优化提供理论依据。 Based on the dynamic mesh model and UDF (User Define Functions), the numerical simulation of flow in a current regulator is conducted in this paper. The changes in the relationship between flow, head loss, and upstream-downstream pressure force are obtained and the result is compared with that of the model test. The results show that the numerical simulation results agree well with that of the model test, which verify the reliability and accuracy of the mathematical model. Also, the dynamic mesh model suitable for the current regulator is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent optimization of the structure of the current regulator.
