摘要
通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析等研究方法,对游泳培训俱乐部的培训、经营、管理等现状进行分析研究,找出其发展的现状及存在的问题和不足,以期更好的促进游泳培训俱乐部的发展。
Through using the method of literature review, interview and logical analysis, this paper makes analysis on swimming training club management and operation and finds out existing problems. The main purpose is to promote the development of swimming training club.
