摘要
研究应用储能装置结合电力电子变换器构成微网电压控制来辅助调节控制微网电压,提出一种通过电压控制器输出的有功功率和无功功率来稳定公共连接点(PCC)电压的方法。分析PCC点电压波动的原因,并阐述稳定PCC点电压的原理与控制方法,提出电压控制器采用有功滞环模式控制结合无功控制能在更大范围内稳定PCC点电压,并与单独调节有功方法进行比较。最后通过系统实验证明了调整电压控制器输出功率稳定PCC点电压的正确性和有效性。
A new control strategy for the stabilization of voltage at point of common coupling (PCC) was presented in this paper, in which the voltage at PCC maintains stable by the coordination adjustment of active and reactive power fed by a voltage controller connected to battery. With the analysis of voltage at PCC in terms of active power and reactive power fed by the connected distributed generator (DG) and battery, a active power combined reactive power hysteresis control was adopted by voltage controller to maintaining voltage at PCC. A PCC voltage comparison is presented between the coordination operation method and traditional active power method or reactive power method. The method is proved by the experiment which can indicate the correction and effectiveness.
