摘要
以EAM对设备生产数据的需求为出发点,对比了EAM,SIS,DCS系统之间的区别,进一步分析了EAM功能特点,并针对不同功能提出了采纳技术的策略。最后设计出基于当前主流集成技术的集成架构。EAM与SIS集成架构的提出,打通了管理支撑系统与生产控制系统之间的数据通道,为最终实现管控一体化奠定了数据基础。
Take equipment productive data requirement of EAM as starting point, comparing with the differences among EAM, SIS and DCS, analyzed EAM Is function distinctive features further and proposed technology adoption strategies according to different functions as well. Finally, entire integration architecture was designed based on current main stream integration technologies, which connects data channel between productive controlling system and management supporting system, lays the data foundation for the ultimate integration of management and control.
