摘要
近年社区获得性肺炎(community-acquired pneumonia,CAP)发病率逐年升高,如何安全、有效、经济、合理地选择抗感染药物是临床医生共同面对的一个棘手问题,而抗感染药滥用和不规范使用,已成为威胁人类安全的严重公共卫生问题之一。本文在中国医师协会急诊医师分会颁发的《急诊成人CAP专家共识》的基础上,从CAP的病原学、耐药性、抗感染药应用等方面进行经验性阐述,以期为临床医生科学合理选择抗感染药、规范有效治疗CAP提供可行的治疗策略。
The incidence rate of community acquired pneumonia （CAP） has been on the increase year after year, and how to choose antibiotics in a safe, effective, economic and rational way is a dilemma for clinicians in recent years. What more, the problem of overuse and non-standard of anti-infective agents has become one of the serious public health problems that are threaten ing human security. Based on experts＇consensus, this paper discusses about the experiences in aetiology, drug resistance and antiinfective agents＇application of CAP, in order to provide feasible strategies that can help clinicians appropriately select anti-infective agents for effective treatment of CAP.
