摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压患者微量清蛋白尿水平与冠脉病变程度的关系。方法选取行冠脉造影的原发性高血压患者80例,根据冠脉造影结果分为非多支病变组(n=34)和多支病变组(n=46),测定并比较两组患者尿清蛋白/肌酐值(ACR)水平。结果 ACR水平在多支病变组高于非多支病变组(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者中,微量清蛋白尿对冠脉病变的严重程度有一定的预测价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between microalbuminuria (MA) and severity of coronary artery lession in patients with primary hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with primary hypertension who underwent selective coronary angiography, were divided into non-multivessel disease group (n=34) and muhivessel disease group (n=46). The levels of urinary albumin to creatinine ratio (ACR) in all groups were detectded and analyzed. Results The levels of ACR in multivessel disease group than those in non-mu|tivessel disease group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MA is proved to have predicting influence in the severity of coronary artery lession in patients with primary hypertension.
