摘要
目的了解医院口服降糖药的使用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2007～2009年某医院口服降糖药销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计分析。结果该院口服降糖药销售金额逐年上升,用药金额前3名的是阿卡波糖、格列喹酮、格列吡嗪;用药频度排序列前3位是格列喹酮、阿卡波糖、二甲双胍。结论口服降糖药用药整体结构稳定。
Objective To understand the application situation and the development trend of oral hypoglycemic agents in hospital, in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The sale amount, DDDs and other indicators of the oral hypoglycemic agent application in the hospital during the year 2007-2009 were statistically ana- lyzed. Results The sales amount oral hypoglycemic agents of this hospital was increased year by year, the three drugs among the sales of oral hypoglycemic agents were Aearbose, Gliquidone, Glipizide; and the three DDDs ranking were Gliquidon, Aearbose, Metformin. Condusion The overall structure of hospital clinical use of oral hypoglycemie agents is reasonably stable.
