含瓦斯煤动态破坏模拟实验设备的研制与应用 被引量:27

摘要 为更深入地研究煤与瓦斯突出等动力灾害的机理,分析在瓦斯压力、应力及煤体强度3因素不同组合情况下含瓦斯煤的动态破坏规律,研制了含瓦斯煤动态破坏模拟实验设备。设备主要由高压密封缸体、充气机构、快速卸压机构、数据采集系统、加载控制系统等组成。由于采用了高强度缸体和先进的密封装置,能够给煤体施加较高的应力(40 MPa)和气体压力(4 MPa),可以模拟深部高瓦斯煤层的动态破坏。运用该设备进行了不同强度含瓦斯煤体的动态破坏模拟实验,得到了不同强度煤体在应力-瓦斯压力作用下的破坏条件和规律:软煤具有典型的突出特征,突出强度大,抛出距离远,型煤破坏成粉状,具有明显的分选现象;中硬煤(f>0.5)中也能够发生类似突出的动力现象,但需要较高的瓦斯压力和地应力,突出发生后煤体破坏成碎块状,抛出距离较近,分选现象不明显。所得结果与现场真实动力现象基本一致,模拟实验结果可重复性好,对研究煤岩瓦斯动力灾害的发生机理和规律具有重要的作用。 For intensively researching the mechanism of coal dynamic disaster such as coal and gas outburst and exploring the dynamic failure rule of gassy coal effected by gas pressure,stress and coal strength,a gassy coal dynamic destroy simulation experiment apparatus was developed.The apparatus was composed of high pressure sealing cylinder,aeration facility,speedy release facility,data acquisition system,loading control system et al.Because high strength cylinder block and advanced sealing device were used in the simulation apparatus,high stress and gas pressure could bring to the coal samples,which could to simulate the dynamic failure of gassy coal seam in deep mine.Simulation tests of gassy coal dynamic failure with different strength were conducted.The testing results were:The outburst occurring condition and destroyed law of different strength coal caused by stress and gas pressure were got.Soft coal had the typical outburst character,such as the outburst intensity was huge,the coal was ejected distantly,and the ejected powder coal had the typical separation phenomenon.The outburst phenomenon also could happen at hard coal(f0.5),but it need higher stress and gas pressure.The hard coal was destroyed to fragment and ejected smaller distance,and the separation phenomenon was not obvious.The results were almost same with the real phenomenon of outburst,which convinced that the experiment apparatus can simulate the "outburst" well and the test results had well repeatability which means it was useful to research the gassy coal dynamic disasters.
